What you’ll do:

  • Develop digital product prototypes for internal demos and walkthroughs and iterate prototypes based on input from customers and stakeholders.
  • Meet with product teams to understand the pedagogical intent of instructional materials and translate prototype content into the appropriately interactive curriculum.
  • Use authoring applications, CMSs, and LMSs to create and edit course components to develop a minimum viable proof of concept.
  • Support the research, development, and vetting of new features and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to break down ideas and define scope for projects.
  • Track, update, and report status via Kanban/Scrum Boards.
  • Support user testing and quality assurance of platforms and products.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Concentration in Web Design, Computer Science, or related curriculum is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product development lifecycle of web or software applications required.
  • Experience with HTML 5 and CSS 3 preferred.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum preferred.
  • Experience with online products for education preferred.
  • Talent and passion for user experience, design thinking, and technology.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
