About The Role

Digital transformation and Marketing automation are high on our agenda as Kent continues to excel in the current climate and look to the future through investment, technology, and industry leading practices. Promoting this change is our marketing division and partners who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the growing team

Working under the supervision of one of our General Managers, the Kent Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of the Kent Groups Marketing Strategies.

Collaborating closely with all General Managers, you will design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging a network of contractors and agencies to drive growth and maximise ROI. Furthermore, the Marketing Manager spearheads the digital transformation of marketing. With recent Board approval to invest in this area of the business, we are excited for a specialist to drive the entire implementation and integration of marketing automation and establish a new Content Management System (CMS) to streamline operations. This multifaceted role demands adeptness in translating digital strategies into actionable business insights and harnessing cutting-edge technology to propel growth.

As our Digital Marketing Manager you will provide marketing technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the Kent General Management team and broader business stakeholders in the Kent group, initiating and building each divisions marketing strategy.

Some Of What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the GMs to understand business goals and objectives, translating them into measurable digital marketing strategies for all Kent Business Pillars. Ensure all digital initiatives align with broader business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital marketing strategies for all Kent Business Pillars, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other pertinent channels. Harness the power of analytical tools and market research to uncover emerging trends, seize opportunities, and glean valuable consumer insights.
  • Online Brand Reputation Management: Conduct a thorough analysis of Kent’s online brand reputation management program, seeking opportunities for refinement and enhancement across multiple channels.
  • Commercial Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating performance metrics and ROI.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee a network of contractors, including content writers, CRO specialists, graphic designers, and social media management. Define project scopes, set KPIs, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Agency Collaboration: Liaise with external digital agencies to supplement in-house capabilities and leverage specialised expertise.
  • Business Language Translation: Drive & manage the connection between the digital agency and internal stakeholders, translating technical digital concepts into easily understandable business language.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver regular performance reports to the GMs and other key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimisation.

About You

Ideally you are someone who looks outside the box and tries new things, and loves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and progress business change and digital transformation.

What We Hope You Have

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
  • Mastery of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Email, and Affiliate platforms.
  • Proficiency in crafting and implementing channel mix media strategies, managing budgets, and evaluating campaign performance based on key metrics such as ROAS, Reach, Web Traffic, Email Subscribers, etc.
  • Expertise in advanced audience targeting techniques, the marketing funnel, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of the user journey, proficient in identifying pain points, and exceptional reporting skills to communicate campaign insights and performance metrics effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to translate digital concepts into business impact.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management systems, and advertising platforms.
