About the Position:
As a German SEO Content Writer at Holafly, your mission is to enhance our visibility and user engagement by developing optimized, compelling content that ranks high on search engines. You will strategically drive traffic to our products, particularly our international eSIM, ensuring that travelers and tourists find the connectivity solutions they need effortlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify target keywords and understand user needs;
- Analyze competitor pages to benchmark and identify opportunities for content optimization and differentiation;
- Create and edit engaging and SEO-optimized copy that aligns with Holafly’s brand voice and meets the needs of international travelers;
- Manage projects related to copy creation in German, coordinating with translators and localization teams to ensure content accuracy and relevancy;
- Provide UX SEO suggestions to improve page navigation and content layout for enhanced user experience and search engine performance;
- Upload, edit and update content in the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring all information is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines;
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithms to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German;
- SEO knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as: Ahrefs/Semrush,SurferSEO, Clearscope/Frase AI,WordPress and knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- At least 3 years of experience creating SEO-optimized long-form content;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Solution-focused;
- Strong project and time management skills;
- Relevant experience in Content SEO with a proven track record Spanish/French/Italian/Portuguese/German/Arabic languages are a bonus.
