We are currently recruiting for an Software Engineer (MS Power Platform) to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Role Requirements

As our Microsoft Power Platform Software Engineer you will be part of our Automation team, and work on development, enhancement and maintenance of MS Power Platform solutions adding a real value to various areas in the organisation.

You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of solutions that use MS Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI amongst others. You will perform development activities on MS Power Platform with expected quality measures and time-frame including estimation, design, configuration, coding, testing, implementation, and debugging.

As well as this you will need to understand and follow RSA’s guidelines and standards for UI, development,security, and other relevant guardrails. You will also be responsible for the integration of Power Platform components in the solution with other applications such as MS Dynamics or SharePoint.

The Individual

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience as a software engineer as well as exposure on Microsoft Power Platforms. You will also have experience of using Power Platform Connectors like Microsoft Dynamics or SharePoint.

You will also have knowledge of user interface design and user experience concepts, as well as knowledge of database concepts and data modelling concepts. Having experience of web development languages such as CSS or HTML would also be advantageous.
