Role Overview

We are on the search for a motivated CRM manager to take a lead role in the rolling out an international CRM program focused on the sports, casino, poker and crypto verticals. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure we are increasing the lifetime value of users across our products by developing and executing on innovative CRM campaigns and initiatives. This will be supplemented by playing a key role in the entire marketing side of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a detailed CRM strategy to drive growth for our player base of casino and sportsbook players.
  • Learn the bonusing process from end-to-end and execute bonus campaign creation across all products.
  • Own the sports and event calendar to ensure we are delivering relevant campaigns to our player base at all times. You’ll be on the pulse of all things sports and pop culture.
  • Own the creation and execution of all marketing promotions and bonuses including end-to-end QA testing.
  • Constantly ideate new bonus and promotion ideas.
  • Create a reporting framework that allows key stakeholders clear visibility of the performance of campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to implement new incentives from ideation through to delivery.
  • Identify new processes and analyze existing flows to identify areas to drive efficiencies within the marketing department.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a CRM role.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Optimove.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • High level of interest in sports and betting.
  • Solid understanding of project management tools like Jira and Monday.com.
  • Experience working in the gaming industry.
