We are looking for an ambitious Onboarding Specialist who can handle onboardings of our fast growing Freight Forwarder client base. Your mission will be to accompany cargo.one clients from the moment they signed up until they placed their first booking. You will own this whole process, which will include conducting onboarding calls, assisting in setup, and aid in implementation.
Onboarding is a crucial point in the customer journey. In many cases, it determines the success of the customer's engagement with the platform.
This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

- Be part of a dynamic team environment and help new customers with their first steps on the platform.
- Educating new customers about our product and functionalities during onboarding meetings and calls.
- Assisting users in their setup and help with their implementation.
- Getting new users to place their first booking by connecting with them via phone, email, or other channels.
- Setting up repeatable sequences of onboarding activities.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
- Understanding of tech products and digital savviness.
- Determination to achieve ambitious goals.
- Can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit- you should be someone who enjoys independent work.
- Great organisational and project management skills.
- Interest in caring about the customer first.
- Native or equivalent in English (second language is a plus).
- Outstanding communication skills, easily able to connect with people.
- Experience in the freight forwarding or aviation industry.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced early-stage environment or tech industry.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, ideally of Salesforce.
- You value building great relationships and trust with your team and managers.
- You see working remotely successfully as a pioneering challenge which is constantly evolving.
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- You get a kick out of automating manual processes and helping cargonauts save time.
- In everything you do, you take ownership and get a kick out of exceeding expectations.
- When faced with the choice, you’d rather opt for the ambitious to ensure you grow, than take the easy option.
- You see the value of giving and receiving feedback and incorporate this into everything you do.
- You are not afraid to voice your opinions and like using data to back them up.
