Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive calendars and appointments.
  • Organize and manage emails effectively.
  • Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and social media management.
  • Establish workflows, structures, and processes.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations.
  • Administer CRM updates and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning.
