Who You Are

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to enable the seamless delivery of technical solutions that align with our product roadmaps. You are a strategic thinker with a talent for collaborating with Product Managers (PMs) and Engineering Managers (EMs) to ensure that all technical dependencies are addressed, risks are managed, and solutions are well-documented, ultimately supporting the continuous delivery of value.

What You’ll Do
  • Planning and Delivery of Technical Solutions: Oversee the development and implementation planning of cross-team technical solutions that align with product roadmaps and strategic initiatives. Your role ensures that every solution is executed efficiently and effectively, delivering meaningful results.
  • Roadmap and Dependency Management: Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to identify enablement work required for product development early. Managing risks and dependencies at the solution level, you will ensure that technical dependencies are addressed promptly. In collaboration with Engineering Managers and Product Managers you also will own and regularly update the technical roadmap in line with doxy.me’s goals and targets.
  • Ownership of Solution Definition Documentation: Ensure that technical solutions are well-documented, clearly defined, and aligned with strategic goals. This documentation will serve as a key reference for the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prioritization and Sequencing: Acting as a key advisor to Engineering Managers and Product Managers, you will ensure that both technical and product roadmap items are prioritized correctly in line with agreed capacity splits for each enablement team. Your insights will help align technical efforts with product goals.
  • Enablement Role in Product Delivery: Your teams will provide the necessary technical infrastructure, frameworks, and processes to enable the successful delivery of solutions. You will ensure that our technical teams are always one step ahead of product roadmap needs.
  • Collaboration on Roadmaps and Solution Definitions: You will work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to define and plan solutions that align with product needs. Your collaborative approach will help create synergy between technical and product teams, ensuring smooth and successful project execution.

Your Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product/Project/Programme Manager or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and technical enablement processes.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with telemedicine or healthcare technology is a plus.
