Title: Senior Front End Developer Location: Durham, NC / Westlake, TX (Hybrid - 2 weeks onsite per month (alternating weeks - one week onsite and one week remote then repeat) Duration: 6+ Months Type: W2 Contract The minimum par rate is $60/hr on W2 all-inclusive

Must Have Skills

  • Angular 8
  • Typescript
  • CSS
  • Nodejs highly preferred
  • Almost all development is angular and CSS.
  • No back end, just touching Nodejs (middle layer), consuming backend services.
  • Testing experience-unit, integration and automation of code, no specific tools
  • Team builds UI experience for brokerage, crypto.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

  • 8+ years of hands on experience implementing front-end solutions using JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML & Browser Developer tools
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Java/J2EE and Node.JS based applications in a fast-paced Scrum environment.
  • Ability to design and implement continuous JS environments using Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, etc
  • Hands on experience with DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery using technology such as Groovy and Jenkins
  • Experience working with package management using Node.js, NPM, Express
  • Confidence to employ previous experience of Automation Tools/Frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, Protractor)
  • Expert Git skills and respective branching strategies
  • Proven experience with API Design & Development and MicroServices Architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of HTTP based APIs, Networking and how the internet works.
  • Knowledge of asychrony (Promises, Observers, Event Loops)
  • Confidence to employ modern SPA frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
  • Ability to set Standards/Guidelines for broader teams and to mentor junior engineers
