We're currently seeking an experienced ML Engineer specializing in LLM to work with client data on our multi-million-user trading platform. You'll be one of the first members of our growing ML team, working closely with our Head of AI to drive product enhancement.

We operate using Agile, Scrum and SAFe framework. Communication will be facilitated via Target Process for task tracking, Slack for messaging, Google Meet for video meetings. Code repository - GitLab for collaborative development.

Time zone - UTC+03:00 (flexible start to the workday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Introduce and integrate LLM models in client facing parts of the product;
  • Actively follow and incorporate MLOps practices;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs;
  • Perform NLP on historical data to extract client needs and initiatives;
  • Upgrade support and sales teams by giving them GenAI capabilities, such as Chat Bots, Script Generation, Sentiment Analysis.


Requirements
  • Masters Degree in ML, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics;
  • Previous experience working with Language Models (3+ years);
  • Very comfortable with PostgreSQL, Python (Any ML framework - Hugging Face, Tensorflow + Keras, Pytorch), ability to work with Kafka, Gitlab, Docker;
  • Good background in Mathematics, Probability Theory, Statistics, NLP, LLM, Machine Learning;
  • Fluent in English.


Nice to have
  • Knowledge of KubeFlow Pipelines;
  • Understanding of SAFe;
  • Experience in fintech/trading, or gambling, betting, e-commerce;
  • Presence of a portfolio of projects on GitHub or other sources.
