Join our team as a Customer Insights Analyst Intern in a dynamic role where you'll generate impactful data-driven reports for our valued customers. You'll be helping our customers unlock the full potential of our software and services and also collaborate with our awesome internal training, support, and customer success teams. You’ll also have the chance to dive into market and competitive research. This contributes to customer success initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Please note that this is a four-month position with the possibility of an extension. This role is open to students for the Fall term (September to December) as well as non-students.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare reports and analysis to support Customer Success & Account Managers
  • Coordinate and generate data and analysis for TE Customers on their engagements
  • Facilitates initial data discovery, exploration, and value identification phases
  • Utilize analytical skills to extract relevant themes and insights from the Exchange and Survey data
  • Create comprehensive reports, highlighting key findings, and assist with translating them into actionable strategies for customers to help them meet their objectives
  • Documentation and Requirement Gathering
  • Assist with client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our knowledge base
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to help improve our product and services
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work with internal teams to prioritize and execute projects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Share insights with team members and collect inputs to verify and iterate results
  • Help support the Training and Support teams as needed
  • ADEI:
  • Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training


What We Think Is True About You

  • 6 months - 1-year experience in research, analytics, reporting, and/or customer support
  • Solid data-gathering and analysis skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Great relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and gather requirements
  • Natural curiosity, strong critical thinking skills, and extremely resourceful problem-solving

The salary range for this position is $3,300 - 3,600 a month. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
