Dabble is an industry first social bookmaking experience and the CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in how Dabble interacts and communicates with the customer to facilitate a truly immersive experience.Sub-Saharan Africa

  • Sub-Saharan AfricaPlan and manage customer journeys with Dabble across a variety of channels which include but not limited to In App notifications/messages, Push, Email, SMS. Upskill new team members to execute BAU campaignsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDrive insights across campaigns to continuously learn and optimise. This includes the management of setting hypothesis, objectives, A/B testing and review cycles of campaignsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaPlan, implement and optimise automated generosities within CRM budgetSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaWork in collaboration with CMO, Brand, Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing and other departments, where required, to break down Dabble wide campaigns and how these can be executed across CRM channelsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDevelop and manage CRM campaign schedules, ensuring campaigns are delivered to customer on time as planned. This includes coordinating workflow within the CRM team, as well as other departments to meet campaign timelinesSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaWeekly and Monthly reporting of results and insights back to Marketing and the wider businessSub-Saharan Africa
