Sub-Saharan AfricaReporting to the VP, ElevateFlex, this role will have overall responsibility for a global team of Engagement Managers and the execution of the Engagement Management function (see the Skills section) around the world.Sub-Saharan Africa

Sub-Saharan AfricaSpecifically, the role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the function, the hiring and management of the Engagement Management Team, supporting the VP, ElevateFlex in the design of the overall ElevateFlex Strategy, the execution of that strategy as it relates to the Engagement Management function, the handling of escalated issues, supporting the VP, ElevateFlex in the setting of the business unit's budgets and forecasts and executing to them, and deputizing (as required) for the VP, ElevateFlex.Sub-Saharan Africa

Sub-Saharan AfricaThe Engagement Management function is responsible for the following tasks, and it is expected that this role will drive the design and execution of processes, and - working in collaboration with the Head of Solutions & Operations - the technology platforms to ensure that these are carried out in line with both Elevate and ElevateFlex's Vision and Mission.Sub-Saharan Africa

  • Take receipt of a qualified opportunity from Sales and/or qualifying opportunities directly with the CustomerSub-Saharan Africa
  • Act as Delivery Managers for all placed Talent with the Customer, responsible for the successful delivery of ElevateFlex Talent to meet customer requirementsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Model resource options in alignment with available and/or achievable Talent options, presenting CVs, negotiating pricing whilst maximizing margin through to successful placementSub-Saharan Africa
  • Work proactively with Talent Management to present options to customers and back-up candidates as requiredSub-Saharan Africa
  • Manage the placement and extension process including initiate and track the SOW and the contract, approve and ensure all is in place prior to start date (Note ? Sales manage MSA paperwork for new customers)Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Proactive customer relationship management during Talent placement, including regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction, identify - opportunity for sales and broader service offerings, forecasting resourcing requests and confirming extensionsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Work proactively in conjunction with Talent Management to redeploy Talent to minimize down time between placements and enhance the Talent experienceSub-Saharan Africa
  • Provide SME support to Sales including ElevateFlex-related RFP responses and represent Elevate Flex with Sales led conversationsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Act as a contact and triage point for legal and financial queries related to placementsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Manage CSAT surveying, scores and remediation effortsSub-Saharan Africa

  • You will have a minimum of 8 years? experience as an engagement manager (or equivalent) in the legal industry, ideally interim (but not essential) gained in a recruitment agency, on-site or in-house recruitment function.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Ideally you will have spent some time in a Talent Management functionSub-Saharan Africa
  • You will come with a proven track record of working successfully within a target driven environment (individual and team targets) and demonstrate the ability to be a real team player.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • We need an individual with excellent IT skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and excellent attention to detail. Experience of working on a recruitment or CRM database (such as Bullhorn) is highly desired.Sub-Saharan Africa
