  • Sub-Saharan AfricaReporting to the Bureau Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting providers and clients by offering detailed information about payments, price caps, invoice errors and refunds using well-established procedures and structured information.

  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDemonstrated experience (12 months) working within the NDIS Plan Management sector, PRODA (Provider Digital Access), MYP or similar CRM, invoice processing and the NDIS Pride GuideSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaAdvanced skills and experience in using a variety of technology software, Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (XERO)
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDiploma in Business Administration, Bookkeeping or higher and/or similar demonstrated work-related experience in working with people with a disability in the plan management claims sectorSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDemonstrated experience in delivering quality outcomes through relationship management and high-volume client/customer interactions
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaExcellent customer service and verbal and written communication skillsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaAbility to learn and advance knowledge within the industry and working environment quickly apply processes seamlessly

  • Sub-Saharan AfricaOversee the provision of all payments and exceptions and maintain detailed records within CRM system for multiple Plan Management Companies
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaProcess payments, credits and reconciliations to providers ensuring friendly, effective, accurate, compliant, and timely outcomes for our clients
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaResolve payment issues and errors using well-established procedures and methods
