Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise B2B marketing, with an interest to learn about emerging technologies. This role will involve developing and

executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to enterprise B2B audiences, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and lead generation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and social media content that resonate with enterprise clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, SEO, SEM, and partnerships, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Virtualness’s solutions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize efforts and achieve KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
