The Day-to-Day:

  • Book and plan logistics for international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meals.
  • Prepare exec’s daily prep sheets for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Understand sales priorities and schedule meetings accordingly.
  • Coordinate internally and externally with all levels of stakeholders to align schedules.
  • Prioritize effectively among tasks and requests coming in from multiple sources.
  • Data entry and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Eastern or Central time zone required.
