About Brand Design

Brand design at Huge supports our Growth craft and internal initiatives by creating and extending our brand into presentations, marketing assets and documents that illustrate our ideas and designs to future and existing clients. As a design and innovation company, our brand is bold and pixel perfect. With this standard of excellence in mind, Huge is hiring a brand Design Lead with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a creatively driven fast-paced environment with a team from across our global crafts. The Design Lead will be responsible for upholding Huge’s brand standards, developing our visual language and evolving an organized workflow that allows us to efficiently support our internal and external marketing initiatives. Additionally, this Design Lead will spend a great portion of their time supporting new business efforts by creating pitch perfect decks- bringing their craft and concepts together to express the most compelling storytelling alongside our new business stakeholders. The ability to contribute ideas and execute the ideas of others quickly and competently is key along with a confidence in communicating and presenting ideas to executives and stakeholders. We’re looking for a true multifaceted and collaborative brand Design Lead who is looking for an opportunity to embed themselves with our brand and team to represent the infamous Huge brand through their design capabilities, in one of the most highly visible positions here. What We’d Like To See

  • Passion for beautiful brand design.
  • A highly sophisticated eye for pixel perfect detail and an innate need to double and triple check the work.
  • 6+ years of brand design experience, with some time spent within an agency environment.
  • Expert execution skills within Keynote, Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; in-depth knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Google Slides.
  • Deck, data visualization, and systems design storytelling demonstrated at length in portfolio. No exceptions.
  • Ability to follow and execute brand standards and guidelines.
  • Proficient at concepting, designing, and executing projects fast and efficiently- many of the deliverables will be done on a tight timeline.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, solution oriented, and growth mindset; receptive to creative direction and design feedback.
  • An upbeat and collaborative approach to how you work and a willingness to always go beyond the ask.
  • Clear and confident communicator. You will collaborate with Executives and C-Suite on a daily basis.
  • The ability to work autonomously and on a team —you’ll do both in this role.
