ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Sr. Marketing Manager to execute, develop, format, and submit RFPs, SOQs, and related materials.
- Assist in writing and editing boilerplate for easy-to-use and readily deployable marketing materials: resumes, project sheets, etc.
- Coordinate with Sr. Marketing Manager/Business Development on all marketing campaigns/branding efforts, including PR (Public Relations) efforts.
- Manage employee intranet content (SharePoint).
- Collaborate with the Talent Department to enhance our career brand across our digital platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram; assist with the development of all college and recruiting fair materials, both digital and print.
- Create, curate, manage, and maintain our online and social media (SM) presence.
- Assist in creating/editing content and updates to websites and printed materials; implement a strategy to maintain consistency in message across all marketing activities.
- Stay informed about marketing trends and relevant industry topics; introduce new/relevant marketing ideas and programs to position our firm as a leader in our space.
- Attend relevant industry networking events/conferences and other appropriate gatherings.
- Assist the Sr. Marketing Manager and leadership to prepare, package, and submit awards submittals.
- Company events: take pictures/videos of company activities for SM.
- Coordinate conference sponsorships/exhibition paperwork; create and manage exhibit materials/or work with the graphics team to develop new materials as needed.
- Assist and design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal communication strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, graphic design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working within the AEC Industry is highly preferred
- Strong oral, written, and verbal skills in the English language are required
- Strong organizational skills are required
- Proficiency using InDesign, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)
- Proficiency with layouts and graphics
- Knowledgeable in Social Media Management, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Experience using CRM systems (i.e., HubSpot, Deltek Vision, etc.)
