Job Description:
Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, assigning of new claims, and customer satisfaction activities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· No remote work, this is an in-office position in Coppell, TX
· Provide excellent customer service
· Receive and make general phone calls
· Receive and dispatch new claims
· Perform detailed and accurate data entry, including creating and analyzing reports
· Perform general administration duties
· Perform Invoicing, Invoicing Audits, and work AR Report
· Assist in other areas, as needed
· Typically – 8 to 5 – Monday through Friday; however, overtime will be required when claim volumes increase or as business needs warrant. Overtime can include Saturday and/or Sunday work. Hours could increase to 7 to 7, 7 days a week.
· This is a seasonal career opportunity (based on performance)
· Work environment: example: controlled environment protecting client data. i.e. cell phones or Bluetooth devices.
Skills, knowledge & expertise
Qualifications:
· 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
· Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
· Experience in property insurance industry is desired
· Customer service experience
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice
· Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
· Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
