Terms of Service for employers, advertisers and business customers

1. Scope of application

RemoteScout24 offers job search and recruitment solutions. These Terms of Service or TOS apply to all products and services offered by RemoteScout24 to employers or other business customers (hereinafter also referred to as "advertisers" or "you"). These TOS apply regardless of whether advertisers use RemoteScout24's products and services via a website (e.g. remotescout24.com, remotescout.de, remotescout.at, remotescout.li hereinafter referred to as "websites" or "platforms"), by telephone, electronically or in any other manner.

2. Use of products and services

2.1. Creation of a RemoteScout24 account

Our products and services can be purchased through our platforms. For this, you need to create a free account. This requires company information (such as company name, address, number of employees and company description) and contact person information (i.e. first name, last name, email address and phone number). Legal compliance

In order to ensure the integrity and legal compliance of job advertisements or advertisements, it is mandatory that they are published under the name of the advertiser. Passing on or distribution of ad placements or publications to third parties, such as recruiters, without the express consent of RemoteScout24 is strictly prohibited. Advertisements must be truthful and the advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and company profiles. They must guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the information contained therein. Only job advertisements that comply with all legal requirements and that aim to attract candidates or applicants may be published on RemoteScout24. It is important that the job ads do not violate any intellectual property rights or personal rights of third parties. The advertiser must undertake not to publish any illegal content, especially racist, pornographic or defamatory content.

Each published job advertisement must relate to a current vacancy. Advertisers are not permitted to publish a job ad for which there is no current vacancy. RemoteScout24 reserves the right to remove ads or accounts that do not meet these requirements from our platform without prior notice or justification.

RemoteScout24 reserves the right to block advertisers and their job ads that do not comply with these guidelines without prior notice or justification. In certain cases, access to products and services on our platform may even be permanently withdrawn.

3. Handling of data from applicants

RemoteScout24 takes the privacy and protection of job seekers' personal data seriously. Therefore, all advertisers who publish job offers on our platform are obligated to handle the data of applicants carefully and in compliance with the legal provisions to the best of their knowledge and belief.

In order to ensure the protection of job seekers' data, we require that the application data submitted by job seekers be deleted immediately after the application process has been completed, regardless of whether or not the job seeker is offered a job. If the advertiser wishes to store the application data beyond the application process for future job offers, it must obtain the job seeker's express consent to do so.

RemoteScout24 reserves the right to investigate and take action against advertisers who do not meet these requirements, including removing job postings and suspending or terminating their account on our platform.

4. Use of data and data protection

RemoteScout24 attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data. Therefore all personal data of the advertisers are treated with utmost care in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations. Further information about the handling of personal data by RemoteScout24 can be found in our Privacy Policy . The advertiser hereby grants RemoteScout24 the right to use the data transmitted to RemoteScout24 in anonymized form, whereby the anonymized data may be used or sold without restriction.

RemoteScout24 is solely liable for defects caused intentionally or by gross negligence according to the legal regulations. Furthermore RemoteScout24 publishes offers of third parties or links to offers or websites of third parties on its website. RemoteScout24 is not responsible for these third party offers as well as for the contents of third party websites and disclaims any liability for such third party offers or websites.

5. Intellectual property

All property and protection rights to the websites and platforms of RemoteScout24, including the copyrights as well as the trademark, design and know-how rights, remain with RemoteScout24. RemoteScout24 grants the advertisers a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform as well as the products and services offered by RemoteScout24 according to these conditions.

6. Guarantees and disclaimer

RemoteScout24 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time within the scope of applicable law.

7. Changes to the TOS

RemoteScout24 makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to its platforms, applications or products and services offered. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Regardless of this, RemoteScout24 has the right to approach the courts at the domicile of the user.

1. Products and services

1.1. Use of RemoteScout24 services

Users can use all services available on the RemoteScout24 website without registration. Namely, users can search for job advertisements and apply for open positions. RemoteScout24 reserves the right to add new services at any time and to change or discontinue existing services in whole or in part.

2. Data usage and protection by RemoteScout24

The protection of personal data has a high priority for RemoteScout24. For this reason, personal data of the users of RemoteScout24 are treated at all times with the greatest possible care and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. RemoteScout24 can use personal data among other things for the provision of services which the user can claim. Details about the use of personal data can be found in RemoteScout24's Privacy Policy. Furthermore, the user grants RemoteScout24 the unconditional right to use and exploit the data transmitted to RemoteScout24 in anonymized form.
