- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events.
- Assist in planning and delivering webinars, conferences an event logistics, from planning to reporting.
- Own smaller marketing projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Help create and schedule social media posts and email communications.
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and channel partners to deliver marketing assets.
- Help manage campaign tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel and internal tools.
- Provide administrative support for marketing activities and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, events, and fun activities to build team spirit and connection.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not essential) or 1 year of experience in marketing (agency, internship, or freelance projects).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Motivated, high-energy, and flexible mindset—able to adapt and comfortable working with different stakeholders including channel partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to grow in tech space.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
- Prior exposure to partner, channel marketing or agency collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing or event coordination.
- Creative skills such as photography, video editing, or design.
- Interest in campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), or project management tools (e.g., Asana).
