ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Manager, Sales Development at Division-D is responsible for training, managing, and guiding entry-level Assistant Account Executives (AAEs) throughout their first year. This leadership role requires a skilled team player to collaborate effectively with current Sales Development leaders to adopt our company’s strategies and best practices. Ideal candidates are adaptable to a fast-paced environment and have strong organization and proficient spoken and written communication skills.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a thorough understanding of our offering to effectively assist team members with client correspondence
Understand internal team operations and demonstrate proficiency in using all resources
Lead training sessions for new sales team members to develop comprehensive understanding across all company offerings
Regularly update training schedule, training materials, and internal documentation to ensure relevance and consistency
Proactively track team goal progress and assess the performance of team members to understand their strengths and areas for growth, providing tailored guidance for improvement
Collaborate with team members’ mentors for cohesive guidance
Track team goal progress and maintain accountability
