ABOUT THE ROLE:


The Manager, Sales Development at Division-D is responsible for training, managing, and guiding entry-level Assistant Account Executives (AAEs) throughout their first year. This leadership role requires a skilled team player to collaborate effectively with current Sales Development leaders to adopt our company’s strategies and best practices. Ideal candidates are adaptable to a fast-paced environment and have strong organization and proficient spoken and written communication skills.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our offering to effectively assist team members with client correspondence 
  • Understand internal team operations and demonstrate proficiency in using all resources 
  • Lead training sessions for new sales team members to develop comprehensive understanding across all company offerings
  • Regularly update training schedule, training materials, and internal documentation to ensure relevance and consistency 
  • Proactively track team goal progress and assess the performance of team members to understand their strengths and areas for growth, providing tailored guidance for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members’ mentors for cohesive guidance 
  • Track team goal progress and maintain accountability

Requirements


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business-Marketing/Management, Strategic Communications
  • 2-5 years' experience in Sales Management or Development
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management experience in the digital media/advertising industry 
  • Experience in Salesforce 
  • Experience in managing full-cycle sales
