 Minimum Hiring Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a closely related field and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. 

Preferred Hiring Requirements:

• Proven experience with architectural and interior space planning. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 

• Familiarity with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). 

• Ability to interpret, analyze, and evaluate architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. 

• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. 

• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. 

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of performing site visits and physical tasks such as walking, climbing ladders, and accessing non-confined spaces.
