Commercial & HR Administrator
AliveDx is recruiting for a Commercial & HR Administrative Assistant to join the Commercial (North America) team based in the North East with preference for the Chicago, IL area.
The role is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week.
YOUR MISSION
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support administrative and organizational needs of the Head of Commercial, North America.
- Support all commercial meeting planning and coordination as directed by the Head of Commercial, North America.
- Supports expense reporting, managing the expense report system.
- Support US-specific HR initiatives as requested by the global HR team
- Coordinate the US onboarding process in collaboration with the global HR team, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Act in the role as project manager on select initiatives assigned by the Head of Commercial, North America
- Support all vendor contracting, set up, invoicing and payment collaborating with Finance.
- Manage and support contract renewal efforts as requested by the Head of Commercial, North America
- Work with IT to support the setup and distribution of IT and Welcome packages to all US Employees. Including distribution of commercial tools (ie laptops, cell phones etc.)
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a similar role within a Pharma/Biotech/Diagnostics company
- Experience in Human Resources
- Project Management, Sales Support and Admin experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills.
- Self-driven and ability to use own initiative and work autonomously with the ability to also work as part of a wider team.
- Ability to travel to national and team meetings occasionally.
