Location: Golden, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT (Flexible shifts within this window)
Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Veteran Services Support Technician (VSST), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Veterans receive the medical equipment and support they need—ranging from hearing aids and prosthetic items to telehealth devices.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for Veterans and clinicians placing orders for essential medical equipment.
- Process orders via phone, email, fax, and mail using specialized VA systems like ROES and VistA.
- Provide courteous, professional assistance and resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Guide clinicians through technical ordering procedures and troubleshoot database issues.
- Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Operate standard office equipment and perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and perform 10-key data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or clerical roles preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a VA-issued PIV badge.
