Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT (Flexible shifts within this window)
Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Veteran Services Support Technician (VSST), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Veterans receive the medical equipment and support they need—ranging from hearing aids and prosthetic items to telehealth devices.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Veterans and clinicians placing orders for essential medical equipment.
  • Process orders via phone, email, fax, and mail using specialized VA systems like ROES and VistA.
  • Provide courteous, professional assistance and resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Guide clinicians through technical ordering procedures and troubleshoot database issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Operate standard office equipment and perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM and perform 10-key data entry.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or clerical roles preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a VA-issued PIV badge.
