RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Collaboration Analyst to join their team. This opportunity is open to remote but prefers them to be local to the Orlando area as training would be done onsite.

Key Tasks:

  • Collaboration Analyst will be responsible for basic day-to-day support of applications and solutions maintained by the Enterprise Collaboration Services team, including Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, and RightFax, among others
  • Maintains the service level agreements by using the tools provided, such as the IT ticketing system
  • Creates documentation and ensures that it is accurate and up to date
  • Available by phone/IM/e-mail during normal working hours and by phone after-hours for critical issues
  • Part of the on-call rotation
  • Provides application support and customer training for Microsoft Office 365 and other collaboration-related applications
  • Performs troubleshooting of issues impacting various collaboration tools/solutions
  • Collaboration Analyst provides after-hours support for critical collaboration-related issues, as part of the on-call rotation
  • Participates in system downtime processes and system upgrades
  • Interfaces with vendors, auditors, and regional technical personnel to solve technical problems, prepare post incident reports, and develop best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two-year degree related to Information Technology or three years of IT experience
  • Collaboration Analyst (Associate) for the Enterprise Collaboration Services team
  • Office 365 administration (user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, room mailboxes, distribution lists, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other O365 applications
  • Advanced Office troubleshooting (especially Outlook)
  • SMTP routing
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Ability to gather, analyze, report, and present information
  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentation
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Ability to work well with people of varying levels of technical abilities
  • Ability to train and educate others

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
