Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Admissions at Eastwood Global Online School. The Director of Admissions will be responsible for managing the admissions process for prospective students, from marketing and outreach to application evaluation and enrollment. The Director of Admissions will work closely with other departments to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies, establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations, and ensure that admissions policies and procedures are consistent with the school's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Must have a good network of referring agents who can drive student enrollment
• Must be skilled in High School enrollment processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in college admissions, marketing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated understanding of the admissions process and experience developing and implementing effective strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including managing and motivating remote teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM software and other admissions technology tools.
• Familiarity with international education and admissions a plus.
