Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related function is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Eager to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
