- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or a related function is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Eager to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
