We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties and maintain office supplies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
