About The Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Representative who will handle client questions, comments, and concerns. The ultimate goal is to create positive experiences, enhancing the relationship between the company and its clients.


To be successful in this role

- Work independently to complete tasks while maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

- Excellent research skills and a working knowledge of basic banking regulations.

- Superior knowledge retention and the ability to apply knowledge in various work situations.


Ideal Skills

- Minimum of 1-year experience with BMAS system knowledge.

- Minimum of 1-year experience with Refund Disbursement Processes.

- SFTP File Transfer experience.


Required Experience/Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Strong critical thinking skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
