What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Record any abusive or extraordinary calls as required
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
  • Provide strong oral and written communication support to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in service delivery or call center environments
