Modern Family Law, a boutique law firm specializing in family law, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Automation & Integration Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the firm’s document automation initiatives. The Document Automation & Integration Engineer will serve as the firm’s subject matter expert for document generation and automation solutions. This role will help modernize and scale the way legal documents are created, managed, and delivered across the firm.
This position will partner closely with attorneys, legal staff, operations leaders, Salesforce administrators, business systems stakeholders, and software developers to evaluate, implement, and optimize document automation technologies. The successful candidate will design and maintain automated document workflows, develop scalable document generation processes, and help establish best practices for document automation across the organization.
While this is not primarily a software development role, the Document Automation & Integration Engineer will work closely with the Technology team to ensure document automation solutions integrate effectively with Salesforce, the firm’s business systems, and other technology platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully implemented document automation solutions, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Compensation and Benefits: $115,000-$125,000. This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
