Job Description:

The Amenities Manager plays a key role in ensuring our most distinguished guests receive personalized, elegant, and timely amenities that reflect the Wynn brand’s commitment to excellence. This position oversees the coordination, customization, and delivery of all VIP gifts and in-room experiences, working cross-functionally to uphold the highest standards of service. This role is all about precision, personalization, and poise —ensuring every guest receives utmost attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee preparation and dispatch of VIP amenities, welcome gifts, and special occasion items.
  • Lead and manage daily department operations, including labor expense, inventory control, and guest service standards to meet financial targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of personalized guest experiences.
  • Maintain inventory of premium gift items and ensure presentation aligns with our company’s brand standards.
  • Ensure department’s compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
  • Supervise and support team members responsible for amenities preparation and delivery logistics including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and engagement.
  • Establish protocols and ensure staff are trained on proper handling of company assets, including, but not limited to, amenities, equipment and other operational goods to minimize loss and damage. 
  • Respond to last-minute guest/department requests with discretion, urgency, and creativity.
  • Update menu detail, descriptions, pricing, etc. in Micros and Tacit operating systems.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service metrics to continuously enhance the VIP experience.
  • Review, analyze and ensure accurate monthly financial reporting, ensuring labor, operating expenses and allocations are aligned with budget.

Qualifications:
  • In depth knowledge of our offerings and luxury service standards.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or logistics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, data entry, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Previous experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
  • Proficiency in software including in Opera, HotSOS, Birch Street, Micros and Tacit preferred.
