Job Purpose

The Senior Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack) will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of an internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) product. This is a long-term, product-focused engineering role—ideal for professionals who are strategic, customer-centric, and passionate about building scalable solutions. The engineer will work within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality software through iterative development, hands-on problem solving, and collaborative innovation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Microsoft .NET full stack applications for enterprise-level IAM systems.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, architects, and quality engineers within Agile teams.
• Engage in full lifecycle software development, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Develop RESTful APIs, optimize SQL performance, and ensure secure data access and integration.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using modern tools such as Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Work with Azure Cloud environments for deployment, configuration, and application scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers in the U.S. and India.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability while fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in C# and .NET full stack development.
• 4+ years of experience developing RESTful Web APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning and profiling.
• 2+ years of experience using Entity Framework or similar ORM technologies.
• 2+ years of front-end development experience (React or Blazor WebAssembly preferred).
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud engineering, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps ALM, and test automation frameworks.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills within Agile environments.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools responsibly within the SDLC.
• Strong sense of accountability, transparency, and technical leadership.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, authentication, or directory services development.
• Ability to create and maintain requirements documentation and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio).
