Description
SUMMARY: Assist and support the endeavors of Outside Sales in an administrative. This includes supporting key initiatives that are directed to the outside regional sales team charged with the progressive growth and development of Radians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for sales leadership team in a timely and efficient manner.
· Assist with travel arrangements and other logistics as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and calls to include in person and online with sales team, distributors and others.
 - Create and manage reports thru CRM system (HubSpot) and Business Intelligence System (Phocas)
 - Creating reports that track sales performance against targets
 - Compiling and reporting sales data as requested.
 - Participate and assist with product launches, line reviews and tradeshows.
 - Assist with creating customized PowerPoint presentations directed to sales teams, distributors and others.
 - Assist with tradeshow management to include registration, travel, sample orders and product shipments.
 - Aid in the planning and coordination of employee events and customer visits.
 - Assist with managing office supplies, breakrooms, etc.
 - Other tasks as assigned and needed.
 
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong data entry, advanced organizational and interpersonal skills: both written and verbal
· Ability to articulately communicate with the Product Manager(s), Graphic Designers/Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance Functions.
· High level of proficiency with spreadsheets to create and document sales tools.
· Experience with Project Management, a plus.
· Extremely strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Enterprise or similar type data systems experience helpful.
· Must possess strong attention to details and process.
· Ability to work independently, needing a minimal amount of supervision once tasks are outlined.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Must be comfortable with a fast pace and dynamic work environment.
· Willingness and flexibility to deal enthusiastically with a wide range of tasks, people, projects and customers.
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in business, marketing or administration. 2-4 years’ experience preferably with knowledge of product sales within the industrial channel.

You may also be responsible for resolving customer issues, so it’s important to be able to identify the customer’s needs and find a solution that satisfies them.
Organization: Organization is another skill that can help sales support analysts be more effective in their jobs. This is because they often have many tasks to complete at once. Having good organizational skills can help them keep track of their tasks and prioritize their work.
Technology: Knowledge of various software programs and applications is essential for sales support analysts. They use these programs to help customers and track sales data. Familiarizing yourself with the latest technology can help you become a more valuable member of your team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; the employee is frequently required to walk; the employee is required to regularly sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
