- Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
- Organize and conduct client meetings, property tours, and site inspections as needed
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous
