Job Summary: 

The Marketing Manager will drive marketing campaigns, new product introductions, and manage the marketing calendar across the Bron Companies. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and mentoring members of the Marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.


Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Drives implementation and development of Marketing campaigns that support overall company initiatives
  • Recommends, develops, and implements innovative ideas to improve Marketing and Sales Support efforts
  • Collaborates and effectively communicates with multiple internal departments, as well as outside vendors and customers
  • Ensures alignment and adherence to Bron Companies Brand Guide 
  • Coordinates new product introductions to ensure successful product launch
  • Tracks, measures, and reports on Marketing and Sales performance
  • Understands target customer groups and reviews profiles to identify opportunities for growth through product or market level support
  • Trains and develops Marketing team members
  • Understands and oversees the day-to-day workflow of the Marketing department
  • Maintains knowledge of current Marketing best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7  years of Marketing experience 
  • 2-4 years of experience in a management level role
  • Industrial or manufacturing related experience preferred

  • Strong leadership skills

Platform Experience Required: 

  • Social Media Channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Platform Experience Preferred

  • NetSuite ERP
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM
  • Microsoft Planner
  • Sprout Social

Compensation:  $80,000 - $85,000 annually DOE


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
