Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. As a Senior IT Analyst you’ll be the front line for internal IT support and the architect of reliable, maintainable solutions. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve employee technical issues, implement and manage systems, document work in our ticketing system, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues. This role includes occasional travel and field work.
This role will work a hybrid schedule out of our Titusville, FL facility, (three days onsite/two days remote).
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as primary responder for internal technical incidents and service requests; see cases through to resolution
- Troubleshoot moderately complex systems issues and document troubleshooting steps, resolution, and time in the help-ticket system
- Design, implement and manage technical solutions for software, hardware, configurations, and architecture
- Provide end-user support for desktops/laptops, printers/copiers, and common productivity applications
- Perform hardware/software installations and rollouts
- Maintain, learn, and support business applications (e.g., Microsoft GP, Microsoft CRM) and productivity suites
- Collaborate on IT projects with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate delivery and availability of systems and data
- Escalate incidents appropriately and communicate status to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Export Control laws when applicable
- Treat all company and personal information as confidential
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
- 5-7 years relevant experience gained through hands-on work
- Prior helpdesk or support role experience with strong customer service skills
- Deep familiarity with desktop OS environments and integration with Microsoft Office apps
- Strong understanding of O365 and Azure environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to author clear documentation and give presentations/training
- Excellent verbal and written communication; can bridge technical/non-technical audiences
- Able to work independently and as part of a team on multifaceted projects
- Organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
- Legal capacity to comply with U.S. Export Control laws
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
