Consultant - Ecosystem Strategy bei Reply

If you tackle challenges with unmatched persistence and believe learning is critical to ongoing growth, we want you on our team.  As a Consultant in the Ecosystem Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading project management for client engagements and driving deliverable creation, including conducting competitive research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and creating presentations to summarize client recommendations. You will receive on-the-job coaching and mentoring to help you advance your understanding of business consulting and ecosystem strategy.  

Responsibilities

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, summarizing key themes to inform findings and recommendations

Conduct research to support client recommendations

Draft client-ready deliverables in various formats, summarizing insights from analysis and research and formulating data-driven narratives to guide decision making

Develop high-quality communications, from emails to executive presentations

Lead project management for client engagements, including project plan creation and ownership, and action and status tracking

Manage meetings, including coordinating and scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas and content, and documenting actions and decisions

Work independently or closely with clients and team members to drive project progress

Provide other project support as requested by engagement manager  

Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement and/or significant relevant work experience

At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in enterprise technology or consulting

Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems

Business acumen and awareness of business trends

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework and/or internships in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, systems, or communications

Strong interpersonal and team working skills

Passion and an ability to learn independently, quickly, and resourcefully

Desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting profession

High degree of ambition, flexibility, and creativity

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn from mentors and peers

Motivation to learn new concepts and start tasks with limited guidance

Logic-based decision-making, carefully taking context into account
