Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory control associates in daily operations.
- Perform and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through data analysis and collaboration with other departments.
- Develop and implement best practices for inventory management and control.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded.
- Train and mentor inventory staff to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Support warehouse operations in optimizing storage and inventory processes.
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime expected during iconic launch
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control, logistics, or a related field
- Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items as needed (up to 30lbs).
