The Warehouse Inventory Control Lead is responsible for overseeing inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and leading inventory team members. This role includes coordinating cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, optimizing warehouse efficiency, and collaborating with management to improve inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
  • Lead inventory control associates in daily operations.
  • Perform and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through data analysis and collaboration with other departments.
  • Develop and implement best practices for inventory management and control.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Train and mentor inventory staff to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support warehouse operations in optimizing storage and inventory processes.
Expected hours of work:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Overtime expected during iconic launch

Job Qualifications

Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma
Preferred Education/Certifications:
  • Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in inventory management or warehouse operations
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move items as needed (up to 30lbs).
