Arobas Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a contract position with one of its clients located in Montreal.
*100% Remote*
What your day will look like
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling requests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
You’ll collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Your main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships;
- Use the CRM tool to manage and process customer requests;
- Maintain and update the inventory system;
- Create and process complete service orders;
- Handle invoices and ensure proper billing;
- Participate in data update and improvement projects.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- Self-motivated, independent, and accountable;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
