Arobas Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a contract position with one of its clients located in Montreal.

 *100% Remote* 

What your day will look like

You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling requests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
You’ll collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Use the CRM tool to manage and process customer requests;
• Maintain and update the inventory system;
• Create and process complete service orders;
• Handle invoices and ensure proper billing;
• Participate in data update and improvement projects.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
• Self-motivated, independent, and accountable;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

• • Basic knowledge of accounting (an asset).
