- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel and training files.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and serve as point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period.
- Create and track training plans, ensuring completion and documentation in training databases.
- Maintain personnel and training files to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist with employee communications, HR reporting, and administrative support for the HR Manager and operations leadership.
- Prepare organization charts, management reports, and other HR-related documents as needed.
- Process and code invoices, manage requests for business and fuel cards, and assist with department purchasing needs.
- Provide professional front-line support to employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and support an environment of teamwork and respect.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
- Other duties as required.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or HR support experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
