The Principal Solutions Marketing Manager will be a key driver of Astera Labs’ go-to-market strategy, solution positioning, and ecosystem program for our industry-leading connectivity platforms in AI, cloud, and enterprise markets. This role blends technical acumen with strategic marketing expertise to define solution narratives, develop compelling content, and enable customer adoption in collaboration with product, sales, and engineering teams. 

You will help define and promote complete solution stacks—ranging from boards, switch platforms, and memory expansion modules to key subsystems and components of AI racks—that address critical bottlenecks in high-performance computing. As the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world business needs, you will enable hyperscalers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to understand how Astera Labs’ solutions solve complex infrastructure challenges and accelerate next-generation architectures. 

Based out of our new San Jose, CA headquarters, this is an in-person role with a unique opportunity to make a direct and visible impact on our global business. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Spearhead definition, formation and rollout of Astera Labs’ Ecosystem Solutions Partner Program 
  • Own strategy, positioning, and messaging for Astera Labs’ connectivity and memory solutions, including hardware platforms, expansion boards, and system-level solutions
  • Grow and manage partner co-marketing activities and Initiatives by building relationships and collaborating across engineering, sales, and external ecosystem partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams to regularly update and refresh our customer-facing presentations
  • Develop high-impact marketing assets (e.g., presentations, blogs, videos, webinars, case studies, etc.)
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners for joint platform demonstrations
  • Maintain and evolve a repository for Astera Labs’ solutions portfolio
  • Support planning and execution of solution launches, customer demos, and partner events 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, connectivity, or data center technology role
  • Past experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Development, or similar role(s)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML architectures and high-speed protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, and/or CXL) in cloud and AI infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate, and execute new collaborations with multiple customers and partners across the ecosystem
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect customer pain points to differentiated solution strategies
  • Experience engaging with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or OEM customers
  • Familiarity with hardware or module product delivery for high-speed connectivity and CPU/GPU applications
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
