Requirements

Plumbing Design Engineer: This is where you come in.

We’re seeking a Plumbing Design Engineer to collaborate with a talented team responsible for the layout, design, and coordination of commercial plumbing projects. In this role, your hard work and ability to drive results won’t go unnoticed - you’ll be rewarded with increased ownership, significant growth opportunities, and a level of autonomy you likely haven’t experienced before.

  1. Produce exceptional designs – Deliver fully coordinated, accurate plumbing designs on time, with no errors.
  2. Exceed budget expectations – Meet or outperform the engineering budgets set for each project.
  3. Communicate effectively – This role requires constant coordination; clear, concise, and proactive written and verbal communication is essential.

The Plumbing Design Engineer reports to David Jacques, Senior Engineering Manager, and is part of a collaborative team driving a variety of projects and initiatives that support our growing business. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to interact with stakeholders across all levels and functions within the organization.


We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in designing, calculating, selecting equipment, and laying out Plumbing systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or equivalent).

Benefits

Compensation: 

  • Plumbing Design Engineer (0–5 years of experience): $90,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Plumbing Design Engineer (5–10 years of experience): $120,000 – $140,000 annually
