About the Role
Based on-site at our facility in Macau, Bordeaux, France, as the Quality Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting all necessary aspects of quality and technical functions for wine bottling, finished goods export, and compliance to deliver high quality product to consumers.

This role is a Fixed-term maternity cover contract, ending in late May 2026.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Product Changes

  • Support the team with the timely and accurate creation of copacker product specifications
  • Ensure all product specifications are approved by all relevant internal stakeholders and within SLA timeframes to ensure productions are fulfilled on-time.
  • Support with business process reviews to ensure processes are updated and streamlined to maintain business efficiencies and right-first-time ethic. 

Quality Management

  • Provide support through root cause analysis investigations and timely resolution of quality non-conformances and customer complaints using internal reporting systems.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to embed corrective actions and process improvements following outcome of investigations.
  • Support Global Consumer Relations with outcomes and conclusions following quality investigations relating to quality and technical consumer complaints.
  • Support the ETT (European Technical Team) in the development of draft documents and tools to assist with BAU activities
  • Support supplier prequalification, auditing and performance monitoring including on-site visits
  • Assist with the coordination and assessment of post packaging production samples and other samples as required to ensure product is of suitable quality
  • Assisting with the creation of certificates and documents as required (certificates for export, COA, COO etc)
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of technical and compliance data of incoming bulk wine analysis to proactively resolve issues which may impact production 
  • General file and document management
  • Support ad hoc requests as required by Quality Manager
  • Provide support to Quality Manager for all technical trade compliance updates including labelling and nutritional information
  • Coordinate product R&D in line with new material or NPD validation

Reporting

  • Report performance of packaging operations, dry goods suppliers, and warehousing partners
  • Support Quality Manager with packaging data as required

 

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a high-performing Quality Coordinator with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and French.

You’ll also need

  • A science-based degree
  • A qualification in quality management or similar
  • 2+ years in a similar role in a manufacturing or FMCG business 
  • Experience of working across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Experience in a fast-moving area with frequently changing priorities and requirements
  • FMCG production / wine / food experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Comfortable working with large datasets & multiple systems
  • Experience with BRC, IFS, ISO certification systems
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Logical and developed analytical approach
  • Experience with PowerBi advantageous
  • Ability to manage and promote change 
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills for liaising with internal and external contacts
  • Attention to detail, with good organisational and time management skills
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Continuous improvement
